Warranties We provide a limited 1-year warranty on construction services only. This warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials related to construction services performed by RR Building & Design, Inc., beginning from the date of substantial completion. The warranty does not cover: – Products or materials supplied by third-party manufacturers (which may be subject to separate manufacturer warranties) – Damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper maintenance, or normal wear and tear – Issues resulting from alterations, repairs, or modifications not performed by RR Building & Design, Inc. – Appliances, furniture, or accessories (unless otherwise stated in writing). Warranty claims must be submitted in writing within the warranty period and accompanied by proof of purchase and documentation of the issue. The Company reserves the right to inspect and determine eligibility for warranty coverage.
Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of our products or services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business, or personal injury. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
